Frequently asked questions

Is my patients' health data safe?

The site stores no medical records. It only collects the minimum data needed to request an appointment, encrypted in transit, with its legal basis and its privacy notice. Health data is a special category under article 9 of the GDPR and is treated as such.

Can I open and close diary slots myself?

Yes, by writing a sentence. Changes show up in online booking straight away.

Does it work for any speciality?

Yes. Dental, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, veterinary and private medical practices share the same problem: being found nearby, and making the first visit easy to book.
