Frequently asked questions
Do the reports go into a separate program?
No need. The report reaches your inbox and your phone with the address, the description and any photos the customer uploaded, and a copy is kept in case the email goes astray.
Can I publish my certificates and insurance?
Yes, and you should. Maintaining the thermal installations of a building is required by the Spanish RITE (Royal Decree 1027/2007), and whoever hires you usually checks the credentials before the price. You publish them with their expiry date by writing a sentence.
Does it work for any trade?
Yes. Air conditioning, plumbing, electrics, lifts, gardening or cleaning share the same problem: being found nearby when something breaks, and getting the full story in the first message.
