Frequently asked questions
Why is there both a setup fee and a monthly fee?
Because they pay for two different things. The setup fee covers the work of building the site: the conversation, the page map, the copy, the design and the launch. The monthly fee covers it still working next year, which is where nearly everyone falls down: backups, security updates, the certificate, legal texts when the law moves, and the changes you ask us for.
Can I change plan later on?
Yes, in both directions. Moving up, you only pay the difference between the two setup fees, not the whole setup again. Moving down takes effect the following month. Nobody gets stuck in a plan that has outgrown them.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can stop the monthly fee whenever you like with thirty days notice. There is no penalty and no exit clause: if the service is worth having, it does not need a contract to keep you.
What if I do not use up my changes one month?
They do not roll over, but we are not notaries about it either: if you go slightly over one month, we do it anyway. When going over becomes the norm, the answer is to move up a tier, which works out cheaper than paying for changes one by one.
Is the site mine or yours?
Yours. The domain is registered in your name and the content belongs to you. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over the files and the database and help with the move. We do not hold websites hostage.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every figure on this page excludes VAT, which is how it is invoiced between businesses. At the current 21 %, the Business plan comes to €1,802.90 for setup and €83.49 a month.
What if none of the three fits me?
That happens often, and it is not a problem. The three plans cover what most people ask for, but a project with an unusual integration or a catalogue of thousands of references gets quoted separately. Tell us about it and we will give you a fixed price before we start.
