Professional firms
Who is who, with a name and a registration number.
People hire people in this trade, not a brand. Showing the team with their training and their professional registration is half the sale.
The website introduces each professional in the firm with their name, specialty, training and professional registration number where applicable, and reflects the status of registered professional company that Spanish Law 2/2007 governs.

People hire a person
When somebody is looking for whoever will handle a dismissal, an inheritance or their company accounts, what they want to know is who they will be telling their business to. A firm that shows nobody conveys a distance that costs enquiries in this trade.
You do not need studio portraits or four-page CVs: name, a recognisable photo, specialty, relevant training and how long they have practised. With that, whoever calls already knows who they are speaking to.
Professional registration, where it applies
In regulated professions, publishing the registration number is a signal of seriousness and of verifiability: anybody can check it with the relevant professional body. And in professions without one, stating qualifications and track record does the same job.
The professional company
When practice happens through a company, Spain’s Law 2/2007 on professional companies governs its regime, including registration. Reflecting that properly in the legal notice and on the team page is not decoration: it is what an informed client — or their own lawyer — will check.
And the rest of the team
The administrator who answers the phone and the clerk who files the paperwork are part of the client’s experience, often more than the partner. Showing them, even with one line, humanises the firm and takes away the air of a closed chamber.

Frequently asked questions
Is publishing the registration number compulsory?
It depends on the profession and its professional body’s rules. Even where it is not, publishing it conveys seriousness and lets people check.
Do I need a photo?
Not compulsory and it helps a lot. If somebody would rather not appear, that is respected and their name and specialty are enough.
Can I state years of experience?
Yes, if they are true. It is one of the most looked-at details and one of the worst received when found to be inflated.
What if the firm is one person?
All the better: the team page is the page about who you are, and in a small firm that is the whole sale.
