What your website includes
Let them book you at eleven at night.
People decide when they can, and often that is when you are closed. A booking form catches the request and alerts you by email and on your phone.
The website takes the booking or appointment through a form of its own, alerts the business by email and on the phone, lets slots be opened and closed without depending on anyone, and keeps only the data needed to honour it, with no intermediary platform and no commission per booking.

The booking gets made when the decision gets made
A table for Saturday gets decided on Thursday night on the sofa. An appointment for the car gets looked for when the warning light comes on, at eleven at night. If the only option at that moment is a phone that will not answer until tomorrow, half of those decisions go to the next result down, which does let you pick a time.
A booking form is not a luxury for big businesses: it is being available when the customer has already decided.
No platform in the middle
Booking platforms work and they bring customers, and in exchange they take a commission on each one and keep the relationship: the customer is theirs, the email address is theirs and the history is theirs. When the customer already knows you and comes to your website on purpose, paying commission on that booking is paying twice.
A booking from your own site comes to you, with no intermediary and no percentage. And that customer’s data is yours, with everything that implies in obligations too, which is the part almost nobody mentions.
Opening and closing slots without fighting anything
The system is not much use if closing Saturday night means phoning somebody. It opens and closes by writing a sentence, like the rest of the site: «close bookings for Saturday night», «open afternoon appointments in August», «no appointments on the 12th». And what gets closed stops being offered straight away, which is the point: nobody books where there is no longer room.
Booking details are personal data too
A booking brings a name, a phone number and sometimes more, and that is processing of personal data like any other. The usual legal basis is straightforward — data needed to act on a request from the person themselves, under article 6.1.b of the GDPR — and the rule most often skipped is the one in article 5.1.c: ask only for what is needed. A table needs a name, a time and a number of people. It does not need an ID number, a date of birth or an address.
One more thing: if you also want to use that phone number to send offers, the booking does not cover it. That has to be asked for separately, and it has to be possible to say no without losing the table.
What we do about it
Part of the maintenance: you never have to ask, and it is never billed apart.
- Your own booking form On your site, in your style, without sending the customer somewhere else.
- Alert by email and phone The request reaches you straight away, wherever you are.
- Slots you open and close With a sentence, and what closes stops being offered right away.
- Confirmation to the customer So they know it arrived and do not go and book somewhere else as well.
- No commission per booking Not per customer, and not per month of high season.
- Sensible data collection Only what is needed to honour the booking, properly disclosed and consented.
And this you change with one sentence
You write what you want changed and we publish it.

Frequently asked questions
Does it replace booking platforms?
For the customer who already knows you, yes, and that is where you save the commission. For finding new customers the platforms still have a role: the sensible thing is to have both and stop paying commission on people who came looking for you.
Do I have to install anything?
No. The booking arrives by email and on your phone. No apps, no new accounts and no monthly platform fee.
Can I take a deposit?
You can, and in some businesses it prevents a lot of no-shows. It is your call and we build it if you want it.
What if two people book the same slot at once?
Slots close as they fill. And if the business works with manual confirmation, the booking arrives as a request that you confirm, which is how most small businesses run.
Can I send offers to people who have booked?
Not on the strength of the booking consent. That has to be asked for separately, made clear that saying no is fine, and it must be possible to unsubscribe at any time.
