Maintenance companies
For what cannot wait, one button and that is it.
When something breaks that stops a factory or floods a shop, nobody fills in forms. They call, or write if that is faster.
The website separates the urgent from what can wait: for the first, call and WhatsApp buttons visible on every page with the on-call hours stated; for the second, the report form with photos.

Two businesses on one website
A maintenance company handles two very different things at once: the emergency that has to be solved now and the planned work that can be organised. The website has to serve both without them getting in each other’s way, and the way to do that is to separate them visually: emergencies at the top and one tap away, everything else with its form.
The button pressed with wet hands
Whoever calls an emergency service is not sitting down reading: they are standing up, anxious and sometimes holding a wrench in the other hand. The phone number has to be large, at the top and tappable. WhatsApp beside it, for whoever would rather send a photo of the disaster than describe it.
Saying how far the emergency service goes
A 24-hour emergency button nobody answers at three in the morning is worse than none. State the real on-call hours, whether there is an out-of-hours surcharge and what counts as an emergency. That clarity filters calls that were not emergencies and protects whoever is on call.
And a different channel for contract clients
Clients on a contract usually have their own number or their own way of reporting. Saying so on the site — «if you are on a contract, report here» — stops the client who pays a monthly fee joining the same queue as a one-off call. It shows, and it is appreciated.
The same thing, explained in general: WhatsApp button
What we do about it
Part of the maintenance: you never have to ask, and it is never billed apart.
- A large, tappable phone number At the top and on every page.
- WhatsApp with the message begun Different depending on the page it is pressed from.
- On-call hours stated The real ones, with a surcharge if there is one.
- What counts as an emergency Written down, so the call arrives properly.
- A dedicated channel for contracts So fee-paying clients do not queue the same way.
- An alternative for what can wait The report form, with photos and no rush.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
Not compulsory, but it helps: it separates the company number from a personal one and allows hours and quick replies.
What if people write out of hours?
That is why the hours get stated. And an automatic reply can say what to do in the meantime.
Can I charge more for emergencies?
You can, and it is worth saying so beforehand: a surcharge announced on the site causes no argument; one that appears on the invoice always does.
Can I send promotions over WhatsApp?
Not on the strength of a fault report. That has to be asked for separately with an easy way to opt out.
